Experiential Learning Program with Colgate-Palmolive
The Colgate-Palmolive Experiential Learning Opportunity (ELO) program is a year-long program designed to
- Enhance PhD candidates’ skills via industry-based experiential learning
- Provide a talent pipeline for Colgate bridging BS/MS internships and post-docs
The ELO projects and activities elevate the participants’ technical competency when creating new inventions, operating advanced instruments and publishing results. The ELO program also sharpens soft skills by engaging in internal and external collaborations, interpreting and communicating complex results to Colgate executives, groups, and the Rutgers community.
