• Bruker Luxendo MuVi SPIM CS
  • The Bruker Luxendo MuVi SPIM (Multiview Selective Plane Illumination Microscope) is a state-of-the-art light-sheet fluorescence imaging system designed for high-resolution three-dimensional imaging of large fixed and optically cleared biological specimens. Ideal for neuroscience, developmental biology, cancer research, and tissue-clearing applications, the MuVi SPIM enables rapid volumetric imaging of intact tissues and organs with exceptional image quality and minimal photobleaching. The system is equipped with 2×, 4×, and 10× objectives and interchangeable 4× and 10× illumination/detection octagons, providing the flexibility to image specimens ranging from whole organs and embryos to organoids and thick tissue sections. A comprehensive laser suite (405, 488, 515, 561, 642, and 785 nm) supports excitation of a broad range of fluorescent proteins, organic dyes, and tissue-clearing labels, enabling highly multiplexed imaging experiments. The MuVi SPIM's unique dual-sided illumination and dual-view detection architecture delivers isotropic resolution and improved image fidelity throughout large sample volumes, while advanced automated acquisition, multiview image fusion, and efficient data processing workflows ensure reproducible, high-throughput imaging and quantitative analysis of complex biological datasets.
