  • The Leica DMi8 Widefield is a high-performance widefield fluorescence microscope designed for advanced imaging applications. This inverted microscope system is equipped with a versatile set of objectives, including 2.5X, 5X, 10X, 20X, and 40X air objectives, as well as a high-resolution 63X oil immersion objective, allowing for imaging across a broad range of magnifications. The system supports multiple imaging modalities, including brightfield, phase contrast, polarized light microscopy, and fluorescence using a monochromatic Leica K5 CMOS camera capable of 4.2 megapixel resolution and fast 40 fps imaging.
